TravelBAG曼谷正宗泰菜哪裡找,來NARA吧

Nara Thai Cuisine 在曼谷有好幾間分店,主要都開旅遊區,在餐廳網站可以找到分店資料,非常好找也非常方便,當天塵亮去的是Central World的分店,Central World眾多食肆,唯獨看見一家店,店外聚集了許多等候位子的客人,那間餐廳便是Nara Thai Cuisine了。

這家餐廳為何叫NARA呢?原來NARA這詞來自梵語,意思是“泰國女子”,亦是這家餐廳背後的故事,這家餐廳就是由一群泰國女性所創立,而其中一位創立人名為Narawadee Srikarnchana,所以便取其名:NARA

由於顧客眾多,需要取票等候叫號,要留意的是這裡的號碼一旦過了,

便要重新取號排隊,不像某些餐廳過了五個號以內還能安排入座。

冬蔭功(Tom Yum Kung)很正宗,酸甜的味道很開胃,材料很足,河蝦很新鮮。

Phad Thai是很有特色的泰菜,那種QQ的口感,泰國以外總找不到,加上了鮮蝦、蛋絲,花生碎、羅望子醬等等,拌在一起,

Beef in Black Pepper Sauce,這吃起來味道有點像糖醋排骨,牛肉不算做得很出色,較有嚼頭,並不特別推薦。

這間餐廳的價位不算很親民,小吃也在~250-300 THB左右,可是仍然座無虛席,故此質素可見一斑。來到泰國,又怎可以不嘗正宗泰菜,所以還是看值得來的。
